David Sands Ltd is committed to reducing our energy and packaging costs in a cost effective way.

The company picks up all cardboard and plastic from its stores and returns these to Kinross where they are passed on for recycling.

Customers are encouraged to purchase soft drinks in glass returnable bottles.

More robust plastic bags have been introduced and by introducing a small charge, these encourage our customers to reuse the bag.

David Sands have now introduced a policy of charging 2p per carrier bag supplied to customers. The proceeds of this sale are being gifted to either Macmillan Cancer Support or the Association for International Cancer Research.
