| Line Manager: Post Office Supervisor
Reporting directly to Post Office Supervisor your main duties will include dealing directly with the public. As a post office counter clerk you will be offering a wide range of services and delivering a high level of customer care to the public at all times.
Key Tasks:
- Delivery of excellent customer service at all times
- Cash Handling/Cash Balancing
- Cash Payments – Pensions/Benefits etc
- All Postal Transactions
- All Travel Insurance, Foreign Currency & Passports
- Saving Accounts - New Openings/Deposits/Withdrawals
- Card Accounts
- Purchasing of Bonds
- Pay Point transactions
- Road Tax
- TV Licence
- Purchasing of Lottery Scratch Cards & Phone Cards
