Sacred Hill Merlot 2005, Hawkes Bay - Not showing any sign of age in this deeply coloured red wine. Very classy Merlot nose. Lovely good quality balanced fruit in the palate. Leading on to a decent length in the finish. Very classy wine. 13% vol.
